• Open the browser and reach the sign-in

page

• Hit forgot password option and click continue.

• Choose the option by which you want to recover the account.

• Enter your alternate email address

• You will get a link which helps to verify Google account.

• After this, you will be taken to the password reset page, where you will enter a new password.

• Two boxes will appear, enter new password in first box and confirm it in second.

• Hit the finish option

This method can be used without the security question in case you do not remember.

How to recover account with phone number?

• Start by entering email address and press on forgot password option.

• You would be asked security question skip it and then it will appear alternate email address skip it as well.

• Now you will be asked for phone number

• A verification code will be sent to the number , enter code

• Password recovery page will appear.

• type password and confirm it twice.

• Click finish option
